Meet Norah

Norah is a warm, friendly, and thoughtful graduate student currently pursuing her MBA through the University of San Francisco’s online program. Because her coursework is fully online, she has a flexible schedule and is available to provide approximately 5-10 hours of support each week.

Norah has a professional background in finance and previously worked as a Wealth Manager at Wells Fargo. She is now enjoying a quieter chapter of life focused on her MBA, community involvement, church, choir, and the things she loves most — cooking, reading, music, and spending time near the ocean.

She is very involved in the San Francisco community, including volunteering through her church and participating in the choir at St. Ignatius. She also enjoys attending events at the San Francisco Public Library and has participated in improv activities alongside seniors and fellow students. She genuinely enjoys connecting with older adults and would be comfortable helping with a wide variety of household tasks and companionship needs.

Originally from Dallas, Norah now lives in San Francisco and has family in both Sacramento and Los Angeles. She loves Marin County, Pacifica, the Marina District, and especially being near the beach. She describes herself as someone who enjoys a simple, quiet, and peaceful life.

Norah also has a very mellow senior Golden Retriever who is friendly and accustomed to a calm home environment.

Norah does not currently own a car, as she transitioned to public transportation after moving to San Francisco, but she maintains a valid driver’s license and is comfortable driving. She is hoping to find the right living arrangement starting in October.

Overall, Norah comes across as kind, personable, community-oriented, and genuinely interested in creating a peaceful home environment and meaningful connection with a Host.
