Nicole is a first-year graduate student pursuing a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Art Therapy at Dominican University of California in San Rafael. Originally from San Jose, she moved to Marin County to begin her program and is looking for affordable housing — making her timeline to move in as soon as possible.

Nicole is warm, personable, and genuinely enjoys spending time with older adults — she mentioned she'll stop and chat with them on the street, and she is drawn to hearing people's stories and learning from their life experiences. She is available for approximately 10 hours per week of help tasks and has a car and valid driver's license. She is comfortable with a wide range of tasks including light housekeeping, groceries and meal prep, driving, walking and errands, personal assistant and calendar management, and hobbies and interest participation.

She brings a rich personal background to the role. Outside of school, Nicole is deeply creative and active — she is involved in art, kung fu, orchestra, guitar, singing, and ceramics, and is passionate about emerging arts programs for children. She has an extensive volunteer history, including working at summer camps during high school and traveling to Taiwan to teach English to children from low-income families. She also has experience working in a Chinese medical clinic. Nicole has some personal caregiving experience with her mother.
